Abstract
The quantification of human error probability (HEP) is studied and a new HEP quantification method is proposed. Firstly, the SRK framework is analyzed and it is emphasized that SRK framework is valid in describe human cognitive behavior process. The method to determine cognitive behavior mode (CBM), Hanaman decision tree, is introduced as well as the HEP intervals provided by SHARP method. Secondly, the selection and evaluation principles of performance shaping factors (PSF) are provided and the method to evaluate them is proposed. Lastly, considering the HEP intervals provided by SHARP and PSF scores, the exact value of HEP of specific situation is calculated based on the ideas of SLIM method. An illustrative case study is presented, which shows the application process of the new method.
