Abstract :
In the information age, the relationship between organization transformation and IT is more and more complicated and close. Based on the composition of organization, this article introduces the four aspects in organization transformation: BPR, organization restructuring, personnel changes and changes in organizational culture, and analyzes the application of IT in each aspect. At the last part, it introduces the implementation plan for organization transformation base on IT in detail.
