  • Abstract
EHMS (Equipment Health Management System) is a complex man-machine system with specific functions, which is composed of some interactional and interdependent subsystems. For many enterprises pay more attention to development of EHMIS (Health Management Information System of Equipment), but ignore support of the operation mechanism, thus, a set of coordinate, flexible and efficient operation mechanism must be established to ensure true achievement of the targets and tasks of EHMS. The operation mechanism of EHMS includes many aspects. In this paper, we emphatically analyzed the opening mechanism (including two important open interfaces, one is between management theory and equipment health management (EHM) fundamentals, the other is between the high-tech and key technology of EHM), cooperation mechanism (including cooperation between EHMS departments and staffs) and control mechanism (including the selection property and information characteristics of control) of EHMS. All of these mechanisms play an important part in operation of EHMS.
