Abstract :
The successful human resource management (HRM) is crucial for high-tech firms to maintain competitive advantages in global strategy and knowledge economy era. However, high-tech firms suffering from high turnover rates often find it hard to keep talents. This paper, drawing upon classical HRM theory, develops the risk management framework for knowledge employeespsila turnover in high-tech firms. It evaluates the talents loss risk with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method via a survey. Results of the study show more attention should be paid to knowledge staff loyalty and organizational behaviors in HRM.
