Abstract :
Technological innovation project is a kind of exploratory, creativity, competitive and strategic project with high cost and high risk. Taking technological innovation project as the subject and based on 6-step project risk management model, basic frame and factors-capability, resource and environment of project integrated risk management mechanism in the enterprise are stated, and the process and required measures are also analyzed in this paper.
