Abstract :
Enterprise competition comes into cooperation from opposition with the accelerating process of global integration. In this context, the paper studies the connotation of enterprise cooperation and cooperation motivation in-depth, demonstrates the promoting effect from good partnership to enterprise performance clearly. After designing the evaluation index of enterprise performance strictly, it establishes an index system of performance evaluation. Then we analyze the performance of enterprise´ partners from a new perspective of DEA evaluation. Through building DEA model, we study the impact on enterprise´ performance from its partners, and provide some reference information and method instruction for decision makers, guide them to determine whether choose a partner or not and how to choose a partner.
