Abstract :
Colleges and universities pay more attention to cultivate the engineering quality of undergraduates to fit in with the needs of the society. So how to heighten their innovation consciousness and ability has become an important orientation of higher education evolution. Innovate training mode of non-traditional machining has been explored in this article with by combining the practise experience of training center of Guilin University of Electronic and Technology. Some appropriate methods have been put forward which can be effective to settle the relative problems in the future.
