Abstract
The “Manager” mode, a new mode of management formed under the instruction of Lean Theory, is presented in this paper. It is implemented in SAIC, a state-owned motor corporation, and the company has taken on a new look, and its management level and operation efficiency have been greatly promoted. In the mode, the rules of market economy were applied, the company was simulated a big market and all employees were divided into independent accounting business unit. The sum of the “Manager” mode is expressed in “1 fundamental, 2 tools, 3 relationships, 4 principles, 5 posts and 6 systems”. Moreover, the details of implementation of the mode and the primary results in practice are discussed.
