Abstract :
Established rural new energy utilization decision making system structure based on analyzing and summarizing the relevant theory and technology of new energy in rural areas and the field investigation data, proposed an object-oriented representing of case of rural new energy utilization, Through analyzing the survey data of the typical energy use in rural areas, the typical rural new energy utilization foundation database is built, and case base is further to be formed by extracting the data from the typical rural energy consumption foundation database, and according to case matching of nearest neighbor strategy made evaluation and readjustment of the cases, finally realized the entire process of application of case-based reasoning technology in decision- making system of rural new energy utilization.
