Abstract :
The simulated annealing algorithm (SA) is used to solve a complex optimization problem. The algorithm can find the state which is the global energy minimum. By applying the SA algorithm the optical general interconnection for N input and output array can be achieved by two binary phase masks each with N×N parameters. This greatly simplifies the optical system and makes the proposed system feasible
