Abstract
The authors present the design and analysis of two element high f-number holo-lens imaging system and four element low f-number holo-lens imaging system for speckle metrology. The experimental results of the measurement of in-plane translation and inplane rotation using speckle photography and both the imaging systems (i.e. high f-number and low f-number holo-lens imaging systems) are also presented. Theoretical analysis and experimental investigations reveal that an almost diffraction limited performance in speckle metrology can be achieved over the entire object field that can be imaged by these holo-lens imaging configurations. It is shown that the sensitivity as well as range of measurement. In speckle metrology can be increased using four element low f-number holo-lens imaging system
