Abstract :
In 2001-2003 in the Crimea a research-to-practice magazine "Multiservise Cable Television Networks" was published (only 5 issues were printed). Information background, objects, format and content of the edition as well as the main reasons of suppression were observed in the report of a head editor of the magazine.
