Abstract

For Yanzhou Coal Mining Co.,Ltd., on the basis of an analysis of market advantages on its products, core technologies, brand reputation and sophisticated technologies, we find that it is well suited for adopting three kinds of financial development strategy, including expansion of scale, expansion of technology, and expansion of capital operation. Accordingly, we set up the software for supporting financial expansion to predict annual financing of the future, assisting decision-making for Yanzhou Coal Mining Co.,Ltd..
