Abstract
Summary form only given. We report experiments done on two different shaped dye (DCM)-doped polymer (PMMA) samples with effective index of refraction n = 1.49. The shapes used were the ellipse and the quadrupole are shown. Although the two shapes appear very similar to the eye, we report a dramatic change in the far field emission pattern.
