Abstract :
Thin-film comb thermal converters are widely used in state-of-the-art measurement instrumentation for obtaining mean-square root values of ac current or voltage and for measuring power of signals having arbitrary shapes and bandwidth. These converters offer a number of advantages compared to bulk thermal converters: high volt-watt sensitivity, small size, high reproducibility of characteristics. The paper presents analytical dependencies of the high-frequency current distribution in the thin-film thermal converter on its design parameters and operating frequency
