Abstract :
The financing problem has become a major obstacle constraining SMEs´ development. In this paper, by comparing the existing financing manners, we consider that the Network Joint Guarantee Mode can solve the financing problem of SMEs well, and also can increase the loan repayment rate effectively. By analyzing the internal mechanisms of Network Joint Guarantee Mode, we think the reason why it can increase the credit repayment rate effectively is mainly due to the presence of network information disclosure mechanism which played an important role in the information audit, repayment supervision, default penalties and other aspects. To quantify the impact of network information disclosure on credit repayment rate, we base on the basic theories and methods of behavior game theory, establish the associated game model under the Network Joint Guarantee mechanism, analyze the impact of network information disclosure on credit repayment rate and the effective sphere of impact by the angle of equilibrium, and design a management experiment for the game model.
