Abstract :
The developed correlation-spectral 2-D ISAR image reconstruction method can be applied over ISAR time data. The procedure is invariant of trajectory parameters of an observed object. The boundary conditions for utilizing ISAR image reconstruction procedures invariant to trajectory parameters of an object are defined. The azimuth resolution of an object image is very sensitive to variation of ISAR parameters that have to be adjusted in any concrete case defined in accordance with a range distance to the target
