Abstract
The 800-MHz Doherty power amplifier (PA) using MESFET´s CLY5 was developed. Design technique of the output network is considered in detail and its calculation, simulation and prototype´s experimental investigation are carried out. S-parameters measurement is implemented in frequency band using Agilent vector analyzer and good agreement between calculated and experimental data is obtained.
