Abstract :
In order to realize the quality trace of transmission assembly, a kind of data acquisition mode concerning quality problems based on RFID technology has been proposed. Through the analysis of assembly production process of parts and components, the acquisition model based on RFID technology has been constructed, and according to the practical situation of transmission assembly, the concrete methods to solve the problems have been put forward, and methods and steps of data acquisition towards problem parts by adopting RFID technology have been provided.
