Abstract :
This paper introduces the structure of Automatic Tool Changer, and the single chip microcomputer is used to achieve automatic tool changing. The process of automatic tool changing. It is applicable to all kinds of machining centers, applicable to the actual production and processing and CNC productivity of machine tool and the whole production line. Machining Center ATC is a device to achieve ATC, as an important component in the processing center, is to reduce the non-cutting time, increase productivity, lower production costs, thereby enhancing the processes more important device for processing, and the structure of the design process and its control is the key to achieve design and manufacturing. Machining Center ATC process more complicated, acted, more mutual coordination between the relations, thus ATC system performance will have a direct impact on the level of processing efficiency. Therefore it is processing the main teaching practice and training institutions.
