Abstract :
Summary form only given. There has been significant work in recent years to optimize the geometry of the periodic nanostructuring. These studies have examined the topography, cross-section, and depth of the corrugations. In this submission, we describe a geometry that has resulted in the largest enhancement of optical throughput in a single sub-wavelength aperture to date.
