Abstract
Summary form only given. We have demonstrated that the spectral and temporal optical properties of nano-hole arrays are given by the periodicity of the structure. The phase and amplitude spectra are Kramers-Kronig related and both predict very well the measured group delays. Both positive and negative group delays are measured, in agreement with the dispersion of the phase.
