Abstract :
The results of the development of protective devices MMIC´s based on pin-diodes and Schottky diodes are presented for the frequency band 1-22 GHz. The circuit features low insertion loss at the operating frequency band, leakage power is less than 11.5 dBm and it can handle continuous microwave power levels up to 37 dBm.
