Abstract :
An effective motivation is an important way to promote staff´s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Enterprises should adopt various motivation ways scientifically according to their real situation, change thinking model, to really establish an open motivation mechanism suit for the enterprises characteristics, era characteristics and staff objective demands, further to enable enterprises to be invincible in the fierce market competition. In this paper, based on research after investigation and reasonable thinking, the importance of implementing staff´s motivation is analyzed, problems existing in its practice and the principles in its effective implementation are explored, further to raise related countermeasures.
