Motivation, Organizing, and Performance of Corporate Venture Capital - Case of Legend Capital

corporate venture capital plays an important role in China´s venture capital industry. Corporate venture capital literature indicates that motivation, organizing, resource base, management involvement, and performance are important variables in previous researches. Case study of Legend Capital based on above variables provides a framework for understanding relationships among these variables. Finally, some limitations of this research and directions for future studies were discussed.
