Crop germplasm resources investigation in MIPv6 environment

Crop germplasm resources investigation is the basis of the crop germplasm resources work and has significant meanings for the protection and utilization of crop germplasm resources. With the development of computer science and technology, resources investigation means and devices are improved, such as notebook computer, PDA, mobile phone etc. Because of the features of small switch delay and security, mobile devices based on mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) become the focus of current data communications. This paper analyzes deeply the crop germplasm resources investigation data flow, data acquisition and MIPv6 technology, discusses MIPv6 environment of crop germplasm resources investigation data acquisition and transmission strategy, mechanism of data transmission security and QoS assurance, the concrete data acquisition transmitting process. The purpose of this research aims at the convenience and safety of data transmission, and the work is the important component of construction of crop germplasm resources investigation.
