Abstract :
Performance management is one of the core ideas and methods of human resources management. It is so effective that not only can help the enterprise realize its strategic objectives, but also improve management capacity and operational efficiency. In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization, many foreign advanced performance management tools and methods are getting more and more attention from enterprises in China. Furthermore, the rapid development of information technology demands that the enterprises should make changes whether in operation mode or in management mode. How to establish the framework of performance management system towards to enterprise strategic target is studied in this paper by using of information technology and with the help of balanced scorecard and key performance indicators.
