Abstract :
In this paper, we benchmark e-government initiatives of different countries with different strategies and approaches. Based on the analysis of the results, we make some recommendations to help governments understand possible impacts of different alternative approaches. This could be very relevant when rethinking their e-government strategy and particularly when setting future directions of their e-government program.
