Management and Control Mode Research of Power Grid Enterprise Based on Value Chain

Enterprise´s target is the best allocation of resources within the group and wealth maximization through economies scale. In order to explore the suitable management and control mode, this paper compared management modes of enterprises such as operational type, strategy type and investment type. Then, the value chain of power grid enterprises was put forward and analyzed. According to the development trend of large-scale power grid enterprise, this paper analyzed the choice of management and control mode in each operational stage based on value chain. Then, the compressive management and control mode combined with five key links of strategic planning, comprehensive plan, comprehensive budget, economic activity analysis and performance evaluation was designed, which provide decision making to management and control of power grid enterprises.
