Abstract :
Summary form only given. In this paper the electrochemical fabrication of coupled cavities microstructures based on porous silicon photonic crystals with the cavity modes located inside the photonic band gap is reported. The enhancement of the second-harmonic (SH) response of such structures in the vicinity of cavity modes is experimentally observed.
