Abstract :
A system evaluation model for the research of brain drain of Jilin province was built based on the theory and methods of system dynamics and the complex Socio-economic system. By virtue of Vensim software and the branch vector determinant feedback loop method, several typical SD-based models were acquired, and the analysis results of dynamic complexity and dynamic feedback on vertical level were brought out. According to the results, policy recommendations of adjusting the investment structure, smoothing the growth of investment on education, improving the investment on science were given out for government´s decision-making.
