Abstract :
Trust is the key factor for inter-organizational cooperation in an industry-university-institute alliance. This paper constructs a basic model of trust game in Industry-University-Institute Alliance, and respectively analyzes the game equilibrium results of single game without constrained condition, single and repeated game with constrained conditions.
