  • Abstract
Knowledge system of real estate supply chain is an open ecological system, in which the succession process that is a linear process containing knowledge capturing, absorbing, fusion, innovation, sharing and application, and the structure can be simplified of transfer into knowledge, transform to knowledge and withdraw from knowledge. This paper applied Markovnikov chain to establish a model to discuss and analyze the knowledge system structure, and analyzed the application conditions of real estate supply chain knowledge system from a quantitative angle, concluded that stability of real estate supply chain knowledge is the precondition of knowledge playing an effective role and continuously input of knowledge is the foundation that the knowledge system can achieve a stable state, provided a reliable theoretical reference for raising real estate project value and strengthening the supply chain overall competitiveness.
