Abstract

The energy shortage and energy waste have created a bottleneck in economic growth in China. The energy performance contracting concept provides a solution to overcome the difficult. An investigation of Â¿critical success factors of EPC projects in ChinaÂ¿ has been carried out in energy service company and research institute. This paper identifies 23 CSFs and analyzes the most important CSFs of them. The 23 CSFs are divided into internal and external factors. Based on the analysis, some suggestions of improving the level of EPC project was given.
