Abstract :
Possible options for reducing the data traffic through the base station are proposed. The recommendations on various options for uses of technology WI-FI networks of mobile operators are given. We consider two architectures to reduce the workload of the GSM network and the possibility of improving the performance of existing networks and obtain high economic returns without transition to next generation networks.
