Abstract :
Power system control board is core of the pure electric vehicle power system. The main detection method of power system control board is manual. The disadvantages of this method are time-consuming and low accuracy. Based on virtual instrument, this paper dedicates a method which uses the LABVIEW graphical programming language to achieve the detection system for power system control board. Measurement of power system control board is visual and automatic. The testing precision and efficiency is improved and the overall test time will be shortened from 20 minutes to 5 minutes. For the first time, three-parameter sine wave curve-fit algorithm is used in the phase delay detection of current sensor sampling circuit in power control board and this method solves problem of large error by the manual testing.
