Abstract :
LO channel has been designed for digital transceiver system operating in the frequency band of 130-134 GHz. The possibility to have output power 10 mW at frequency of 64.8 GHz with phase noise level - 80 dB at 1 kHz detuning is shown. Output frequency multiplier stage of LO channel was made and examined experimentally.
