Abstract
Our reports presents the development of antennas for the third-generation mobile communication standard UMTS. This standard uses a frequency band of 1900-2100 MHz, so there is a communication problem with the uncertain reception in cities because of the built-up areas and an increase in the radio horizon in the open air. The issue of the development of antennas for operations in the network UMTS is considered in this report.
