Abstract :
The paper demonstrates the RF circuits design proposal of contactless IC cards which comply with ISO/IEC14443-2, and expatiates on the topology of typical modules. The design has been implemented with 0.8 um CMOS technology successfully. This chip operates at 13.56 MHz with data rate 106 kbps. The simulation result by Hspice is also given in the essay, and the corresponding test of this chip verifies the feasibility of the design
