Abstract :
Along with rapid development of information technology and the Internet, more and more universities begin to pay their attention to web-base teaching and invest heavily on it. But the effectiveness of web-based teaching doesn´t achieve the anticipated result. This paper reviews various kinds of influential factors of web-based teaching effectiveness and constructs a two-level framework for effectiveness evaluation. Moreover, this study proposes a model for multiattribute fuzzy decision-making problems based on entropy weights and technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) under intuitionistic fuzzy environment. In addition, a numerical example is illustrated to present the process of multiattribute fuzzy decision-making problem. The results derived from the example reveal the model proposed is applicable to the evaluation process and the results of this study provide a valuable reference for educational management. Finally, the paper concludes with the limitations of the study and some suggestions for future research.
