Abstract :
E-commerce negotiation is one of the key issues in E-commerce. This paper presents an E-commerce automatic negotiation model based on the third-party agent, which is made of a group of buyers agent with the mutual cooperation, the sellers agent and the trading hall agent system that manages both of their agent system information. This model uses the mobile agent technology and the participation of the third-party agent, greatly accelerates the speed of online transactions, and improves the efficiency of e-commerce.
