Abstract :
Variants of transition of fixed telephony of Sevastopol National Technical University to IP technologies are considered. New tariff plan of the provider is proposed. The main advantages of transition to SIP protocol are defined. The cost effectiveness of upgrading of the existing university telephone network is estimated.
