  • Abstract
    The comparative estimation of calculable complication of procedures of generation of elliptic curves is presented. The new class of cryptosystems, which different from the existing dynamic change parameters of elliptic curve in the processes of encipherment, generation of PRS and other cryptotransformations, is presented.
