Evaluation and Study Enterprise Informatization Based on Low-Carbon Economy

Aimed at solutions for existing problems in the informatization of domestic and foreign enterprises, this paper proposes an enterprise informatization maturity model and a dynamic equilibrium model from perspectives of the level, quality, capacity, and moderation of enterprise informatization based on low-carbon economy, so as to deal with resources configuration and measurement as well as the choices between optimality and sub optimality in value assessment. At the same time, the second-best theory is also used to analyze the resources configuration in enterprise informatization and solve the methods, assessments, and moderate degree of applications in the models.
