Abstract :
The personnel behavior´s uncertainty brings very high potential risk for technological innovation projects. In order to reduce the risk and improve the success rate of innovation project, the paper firstly identifies man-factor risk of innovation project through factorial analysis, and then comes to the conclusion that man-factor risk can be divided into three dimensions: management man-factor risk, technology man-factor risk and moral man-factor risk. The risk is normalized sorting according to the risk rank based on the analytic hierarchy process. At last, the paper draws a conclusion that moral risk is the greatest influence on innovation project, followed by management risk, the technology man-factor risk is minimal influence. The research provides the science risk management basis for the man-factor risk prevention in innovation project.
