Research of PCB image segmentation based on color features

In order to improve color PCB image segmentation problem, research a threshold segmentation based on color features. In the RGB color space by analyzing PCB image of the RGB color features, select a color feature or a combination of components as the color features which distinct foreground from background of PCB image. Through the gray transformation, get the corresponding gray image of the chosen color features. Using ostu threshold method to the component of the color features gray image. Experiments show that, the method of PCB image segmentation based on color features, can better overcome the natural lighting conditions, uneven lighting PCB images, PCB itself is a transparent material and other factors on the effect of threshold for image segmentation of PCB.
