Abstract :
A novel digital image watermarking scheme is proposed in this paper, which embeds a digital watermark into the DCT coefficients of the host image based on human visual system (HVS), and the locations of embedding watermark are saved as key. The proposed algorithm is able to extract the watermark without requiring the original image only through utilizing independent component analysis (ICA) and the preserved key. The experimental results show that the proposed method is robust against many attacks, such as JPEG compression, noise, rotation and cropping etc.
