Abstract :
The skills are key to the future success of graduates whatever they intend to do in later life. How to develop the key skills are discussed in this paper. We have reformed teaching methods through the subject called digital signal processing by bilingual teaching. More ways of assessments have been adopted to inspire the students´ interest in learning. With the proceeding of the subject, it is the process for the students learn how to learn and how to cooperate with others.
