Evaluation of Service Capacity of Technology Business Incubator Based on Grey Multi-hierarchy Analysis

The services provided by technology business incubator serve as the major determinant of successfully cultivating the tenant companies. Unfortunately, the current studies from home and abroad have not gave weight to the evaluation of its capability. In view of the importance of service capability of technology business incubator, this paper probes into the construction of an index system for evaluating the service capability, and also aims to establish the evaluation model of service capability by applying the grey multi- hierarchy analysis. Finally, it illustrates with examples the analytical process of grey multi- hierarchy analysis.
