Abstract
The delay between an electrical signal and its delayed replica is measured by a switched-capacitor sum of absolute differences analog method. The core circuitry is implemented in a custom integrated circuit. We have proven with simulations and measured results that the system is capable of measuring the delay even in the presence of considerable added noise
